This seems like a homework assignment but, as TheParser has already responded, I'll add my thoughts.
1. We saw you and him......A. You and [STRIKE]him[/STRIKE] he were seen by us. Very unnatural.

2. They asked me my name......A. I was asked by them for my name. Very unnatural.

3. I bought the baby a doll......A. A doll was bought [STRIKE]to[/STRIKE] for the baby. Even if the buyer is unimportant, this is not very natural.

4. A thunderstorm often turns milk sour......A. Milk is often turned sour by a thunderstorm.:tick:

5. You cannot pump the ocean dry......A. The ocean cannot be pumped dry.:tick:

6. They saw the storm approaching......A. The storm was seen by them approaching. Unnatural

7. He keeps me waiting......A. I am kept waiting by him. If it's necessary to include 'by him', then the active version is better.

8. They painted the house red......A. The house was painted red by them. If it's necessary to include 'by them', then the active version is better.

9. He told me to leave the room......A. I was told to leave the room by him. If it's necessary to include 'by him', then the active version is better.

10. He promised me a present......A. I was promised a present by him. If it's necessary to include 'by him', then the active version is better.

11. I shall order the carriage......A. The carriage shall be ordered by me. No.

12. The boy is climbing the cliff......A. The cliff is being climbed [STRIKE]up[/STRIKE] by the boy. If it's necessary to include 'by the boy', then the active version is better.

13. One may accomplish many things by a little effort......A. Many things may be accomplished by a little effort. :tick:

14. I am watching you very carefully......A. You are being watched by me very carefully. If it's necessary to include 'by me', then the active version is better.

To be changed into Active Voice :

1. The road was lined with people......A. People lined [STRIKE]up [/STRIKE]the road.

2. The trees were blown down by the wind......A. The wind blew down the trees. :tick:

3. We shall be blamed by everyone......A. Everyone [STRIKE]shall[/STRIKE] will blame us.
.....
4. Alice was not much surprised at this......A. This did not surprise Alice much. :tick:

5. He will be greatly surprised if he is chosen.
A. His selection will greatly surprise him. (?) / If he is chosen, it will surprise him greatly. :tick:

I'm just a student. But i would provide u with my suggestions...

i think it would be like this :

1. Rumour has it that the escaped prisoner is living in Beyoglu.

2. Don't let yourself been taken advantage of. [ this one sounds weird, i think 'been' is either wrong or not necessary ]

3. Don't let yourself get teased.

I dont know if m correct, but i just tried to help.. \m/ Good luck
