Hi?

When Lilly’s feet is in pain, Ted wants to hit another party continuously. He says,

Ted: I need you to power through the pain.

I think it means get over. But there wasn't any this kind of meaning in a dictionary.
What is the meaning of power through?

I would take that to mean to continue to do what ever it is she was doing with energy.

Try searching for "powering through" to get some examples.

The first sentence is not English. It needs to be something like, "When Lilly's feet hurt, ...". Also, I assume you mean that Ted says, "Lilly, I need you to power through the pain".
