I shouldn't have fought with my girlfriend..
I have fought with my girlfriend just now...

since fought is a past tense of fight, why can't we use ..

Have became. I know words after have, have to be past participle. Why fought is allowed but became isn't allowed to use?

"Fought" is the past tense and past participle of "fight". "fight, fought, fought"

And 'become', not 'became' (which is the past tense form) is the past participle of 'become'.
