    3 times vs three times

For manual writing, which do I have to use? or which writing style is appropriate?

    " 3 times" or "three times" ?

Either would do for manual. If it's in a series of lists, '3' is better.
This is a major advance in Japanese instruction manuals if this is your main concern!
