You don't need an apostrophe in CVs.
 
I've only recently even heard the phrase "CV", and it was from an American who had moved to London. It may be used in the States, but I'd not heard it before.
 
When I was working in Madrid, I was amazed that none of my American colleagues used "CV". I genuinely thought it was the international term. All my American colleagues used "resumé" (but almost none of them put the accent on it in writing).
