when talking about companies, how could we relate these 4 words to each other?

In your profile you say you are an English teacher. As such you should make a good example by writing correct English on this site for learners, using appropriate capitalisation and punctuation.

It very much depends on how the words are used within the partcular company. Very often, a division is a fairly large part of the comany. In each of a small number of divisions there may be a number of departments. For example, a vehicle manufacturer may have lorry and car divisions, each of which may have its own research and development, engineering, sales, etc departments. A section can be part of a division or of a department. As far as I know 'sector' is not used a great deal withing companies; it is more generally used of parts of the economy as a whole.
