We issued them invoice of Rs. 363,196/- and they wrongly deduct income-tax and Sales Tax Retention.

The best I can do is this:

When I spoke to Mr Hafis today, he confirmed that the 2% Sales Tax retention, highlighted in blue below, was wrongly deducted. He said that you would refund this sum by cheque. He also told us that the 3.5% Witholding Tax, highlighted in Red below, will be repaid either in cash or by adjustment in your next (?)invoice.

Please do not deduct witholding tax in future transactions. Section 153 of the Income Tax Ordinance (2001) applies.

So are many others. Please understand that not all questions are easily answered. As Rover said in post #3, not everyone is able to help in a topic like this. Be patient. As you see, you have eventually received (hopefully satisfactory) responses.
