Is the "yet"correctly used in this sentence?

Hi all, could you please take a look at this sentence and see if the "yet" is correctly used?
My friend asks me if I want to go to the party she's having soon, and I have not determined yet, so I tell her : I don't know yet.

You have used 'yet' correctly, but change 'determined' to 'decided'.
