1) Are you done with the interview? Or Is the interview finish/done? (Which one is better).

2) I do not want him to develop any mistaken belief towards me.

3) I do not want him to develop any misconception towards me.

4) The free time on my schedule always don't match the free time on his schedule, therefore it is hard to set an appointment to meet.


Are the above sentences correct? Please advise, thank you.

I suggest that you don't use the question "Is the interview over/done/finished?" in a job interview! The interviewers will tell you when it's finished and invite you to leave.
 
It is an odd question to ask.
