But on the analogy of HIFI and WIFI and less strong analogues such as FIFO (first in first out), any other pronunciation (as a word) would be unlikely. I imagine the few people who feel the need to refer to such institutions would spell out S-I-F-I.

On the other hand, it could rhyme with Fifi.

I'd never heard it, but based on the fact that the first syllable of "systematically" is the same as the first two letters of "sing" etc, I would probably have a stab at it and pronounce it "siffy" (the same way that Wi-Fi is pronounced in France and Spain).
