When you say "I'm such a klutz." alone, does that count as an apology? As a non-native speaker, I wonder how native speakers of American English would use that utterance. Thank you.
 
"I'm such a klutz" means "I'm so clumsy." So it's up to you. If you consider that "I'm so clumsy" would be a sufficient apology in the circumstances, then so would "I'm such a klutz."
