[Grammar] All I want

Which is correct?

1 All I want is that you do it.
2 All I want is that you would do it.
3 All I want is that you should do it.
4 All I want is that you will do it.
5 All I want is you do it.
 
All I want is for you to do it.

Thank you for your answer. I think this is what a native speaker is likely to say but why is it that there are so many examples of "All I want is that you should or All I want is that you do". Any explanation?

All I want is that you should love me." "But I don't. There are Gertrude and Mr Houston, and I want to go to them.
I've already told you. All I want is that you continue to see Mike.
And so on.
