I would like to write a letter to my customer that our meeting has been postponed.
I have already invited to my customers that the meeting will be held on 20th November.
But now we have a plan to postpone this meeting. The meeting will be held on 30th November.

I would like to inform to my customer about updated meeting plan.
How Can I write this letter? Please give me some advice.

Just tell them that you are sorry, but the meeting has been postponed. And include the new date.
