You may receive a response, but most of us do not have time to give a full analysis of the meanings of poems, I am afraid. Are there any particular lines that puzzle you?

A poem is an attempt to invoke an emotional response in the reader. It does not need to make perfect grammatical sense.

I don't think grammar is the problem here. There are a few difficult lines. But I think the last stanza is pretty clear, and sums up the theme. Try to understand the first and last stanzas then fill in whatever you can of the rest. I like the poem.
