Which is correct?
This woolly jamper wasn't fitted him, so he decidec/had decided to take bigger one.
This wolly jamper isn't fitted him, so he has decided/ decided to take bigger one.

This wolly jamper isn't fitted him, so he has decided/ decided to take bigger one.

Neither one is correct. The past tense of "fit" is "fit". Also, the highlighted parts are wrong and it's "jumper", not "jamper".

This woolly jumper didn't fit him, so he decided to get a bigger one.
This wooly jumper doesn't fit him so he has decided to get a bigger one.

For me, in the positive, the simple past of "to fit" is "fitted" but in the negative it is "didn't fit".

For me, in the positive, the simple past of "to fit" is "fitted" but in the negative it is "didn't fit".

I'd use:

His tailor fitted him for a suit. (measured)
The suit fit him. (was the right size)
