Thereliance on fossil fuels has led to global warming, Worse still......

Welcome to the forum.

1. Thereliance is not a word.
2. We do not follow a comma with a capital letter, unless the word after the comma is a proper noun.
3. Please write in a bigger font. Yours is very hard to read.

Thereliance on fossil fuels has led to global warming, Worse still......

Because the title mentions "continue like this", may I assume that you are asking about "Worse still" as a way to introduce the next sentence?
If so, it is difficult to say without the rest of the sentence. It certainly would work in the right context. As emsr pointed out, the punctuation mark after "warming" should be a period (full stop).
