- You have to do it at once/straight away/on the spot/immediately.
- Come on! Hurry up! Come up to here at once/straight away/on the spot/immediately.

Do all these expressions mean the same of immediately after?
Do you use all them as synonyms of "immediately", without losing time? Or do you generally use them in different contexts?

"on the spot" doesn't work.
 
could you please explain why? How do you use them differently?
 
"On the spot" means "right here", "in this/that/the exact location".

I want you to stand on the spot for five minutes and then you can leave.
