Do all these expressions mean the same of immediately after?
Do you use all them as synonyms of "immediately", without losing time? Or do you generally use them in different contexts?

"On the spot" means "right here", "in this/that/the exact location".

I want you to stand on the spot for five minutes and then you can leave.

In my opinion, 'on' the spot can work there. It can mean 'immediately'.
