i would like to conduct a workshop i need some guidelines from your side.

Welcome to the forum.

I would expect an English teacher to capitalise 'I' at all times and be able to punctuate two sentences correctly.

We discuss specific language questions here. We can't help you to conduct a workshop.

In addition, "dis" is a meaningless thread title. It's not even an English word.

I don't know what the OP's intention was, but "dis (also diss)" is slang for "disrespect". The origin appears to be African American Vernacular English.

I thought the thread was going to be about that meaning!

Maybe his workshop is going to be about disrespect.

What is your proposed workshop going to be about? "dis" is not an appropriate title for your question whatever it might mean.
