Where did you meet the term 'gerundive participle'? I have not seen it used.

I could find no reference to a gerundive participle in that article.

Agreed. Other web pages use that terminology. This article hyphenates "gerund-participle" rather than using "gerundive participle". "Gerundive" is used as an adjectival form of "gerund". The important point is the attempt to create a single item from two. I think we are better off looking at them as different entities.
