What does "Have you had any post secondary education" mean?

Hi there,

I am applying for a visa and fill a form. Unfortunately neither the embassy nor the visa center don't give any information or help.
There is a question: "Have you had any post secondary education?". Should I mention the university, I am currently studying at or only if I've already graduated from any?

Yes, you should certainly mention university. They didn't ask about graduation; they asked about "any post-secondary education", of which you seem to be implying that you have had some.

"Secondary education" is high school. Any studies after that are "post-secondary."
