Hi. Do we put the definitive article "the" before "Jewish people or English people?"

Sometimes. It all depends on context. Do you have one in mind?

And it is "definite" article".

If you are referring to some/many Jewish people, I would not use the article. If you are referring to Jewish people as a whole, I would use it.

I am not sure about the word representatives there- you're talking about a people spread across many nations, so it is hard for them to have representatives.
