I have heard English from many people; however, it seems to me that people pronounce 'th' many ways. Actually for a Canadian francophone, it is just slight 'd' for french a 'z' and. I mean is it right or comprehensible for an anglophone to hear : d-ee man for the man. About th in word like through, i feel the pronunciation is most like a slight 't'. I do not if i am wrong but here in Québec, there is no stress about pronunciation. Nonetheless, I hope if i speak with an American we will be able to understand each other.
