A good song to start a lesson "Life in Britain" with

Can any of the teachers here give me ideas with what song describing something typically British (way of life, food, free time...anything) they would start a lesson named "Life in Britain" for 12 year old esl students. I've tried to find something but come up with literally nothing appropriate mainly cos of the language used (too complicated, slang...) If not for the beginning it maybe something to use afterwards just to break up the boring routine. The more apppropriate the language the better cos then the lyrics can be used for gap fill or some similar activity.
