[Grammar] Usage of 'nevertheless'

Are the following sentences correct grammatically? or is the usage of the word ' nevertheless' in following sentence correct? Iif not then what would be the correct sentences?



Since you have replaced your mobile phone, nevertheless you are not replying to my calls and sms.

Not perfectly natural. Both "You have replaced your mobile phone, but nevertheless you are not replying to my calls and sms" and "You have replaced your mobile phone. Nevertheless you are not replying to my calls and sms" are natural.

NOTES:

1. In that sentence, the semicolon is absolutely necessary.
2. I think that in 2014, the comma is optional for many people. (I personally like it, for I want to stress the pause in speech.)

Maybe the problem is this: "Since" can mean "because" or "from the time when."

I think that you want to say "from the time when." Am I right?

It might be clearer, then, if you put the "since" clause at the end. Then there will be less confusion:

"You have not replied to my calls since you replaced your mobile phone two months ago."

Compare: "Since [because] you have not replied to any of my calls, I am immediately terminating our friendship."

Remember to capitalise "SMS". In the plural, it's a rather ugly "SMSs". In BrE, we tend to say "texts" or "text messages".
