Once you confirmed, will send the signed letter through courier at your Chandigarh office address.I understand, Once you confirmed is passive voice. Am I correct? Also please let me know how can I write the same in active voice

Once you have confirmed (object) , we will send the signed letter [STRIKE]through[/STRIKE] by courier [STRIKE]at[/STRIKE] to your Chandigarh office address.

It means " Once you confirmed" is wrong? Or we can use in colloquial English.

Are through and at is wrong? Can you please explain the reason?

Once you confirmed what? "Confirm" is transitive.

You sent a letter by post or by courier (service) to someone's office.
You don't send a letter 'at' someone's office - wrong preposition.

I would not use the past tense to refer to the future, but I am not a teacher.

Please send all the correspondences henceforth at our new office address as given below.

Is the above sentence correct? (specifically at)

'Henceforth, please send all the correspondence to our new office address below.'

Who is confirming and who is sending the letter? Are you telling someone else what to do or are you saying what you will do?

Try writing it with subjects so we can understand what you are trying to say.

'Henceforth, please send all the correspondence to our new office address below.'

"Henceforth" is a little odd. Archaic or legal language.

"From now on" or "beginning on April 15" or something like that is more natural.

And it is just "all correspondence." No article.

Active voice: "Once we confirm you...."

"Once you are confirmed" is different from "once you have confirmed something."
Just say what you want confirmed to avoid ambiguity.
Generally, the passive voice tends to be more ambiguous compared to the active voice.

I am sending the letter to Ram and if ram confirms the content then I will Courier the same. In this context, I want to write to Ram as below:

Once you confirmed, will send the signed letter by courier to your Chandigarh office.

I want to know, "Once you confirmed" is correct? I understand once you confirmed is passive one.

You have capitalized 'courier' and not 'ram'. Why?
It should be "once you have confirmed the letter (is ok)".
You have been told "once you confirmed" is incorrect, many times.
