Please advise. Thanks.

In Chile, many infants are killed and dumped on the heap of rubbish by their heartless parents. These women are victims of rape or incest. They are too scared to accuse the offenders that they were raped by their fathers or stepfathers who are providing the financial support to the family. Poverty is another reason that leads the abandonment of their babies. The victims simply are unaffordable to feed another baby. Also, abortion is illegal in Chile and the mother who are caught and convict the said crime will be sentenced for 5 years imprisonment.

Bernarda Gallardo, who had read the headline of the local new paper in 2003 and then adopted dead baby, Aurora, as dumped formerly, granted an authorization of adoption ultimately from court and buried the same in funereal. The dead body can only be classified as human wastes and disposed of with other surgical wastes if it is not claimed as a family member in Chile.
