I think it's just "and march, everyone!", followed by some laughing. Then the chipmonks come in with "Hello everybody."

The chipmunks are only slightly more intelligible than Donald Duck.

I'm not sure I'd really recommend Donald Duck and the Chipmunks as good sources of English practice....
