But I'm not sure this is also correct: "We are looking forward to welcoming you"

to me is more natural :"We are looking forward to welcome you"

See my corrections above. Remember to use correct capitalisation and punctuation in written English (most of it is the same as in Spanish). The first two sentences you gave are correct. The third is incorrect. We say that we are "looking forward to + doing something" or "looking forward to + noun".

I am looking forward to going shopping.
I am looking forward to reading this book.
We look forward to visiting you in Canada.
They are looking forward to seeing the film.

I am looking forward to Christmas.
Are you looking forward to your holiday?
