My Master Thesis was in the subject of GIS-based ### indices and generally I have a keen interest in the field of active urban mobility and sustainable urban transport planning. Therefore, I am interested to apply for the OOO PhD Scholarship and your proposed project about XXX. Thus, I would like to enquire about application details and in particular for evidence of English competence. So, is it possible to send my application without submitting my IELTS Test results until Friday 15th January and submit it in later time or If I will be accepted after my acceptance?
