"The blood test shows that he is the father of this child"

1.My question is that why present simple "shows" used here not continuous "is showing" as in "google is showing the result" ?

2.Is it right that the first sentence is a fact and the blood test will show the same result as long as he will be the father of this child ?

3.Is it right that "is showing" is used for action that is changing? please get me correct.

It is not natural English to use "is showing" in your sentence, nor is it in the sentence about Google.

The result of the blood test is a fact, so it makes sense for the simple present to me. If you say that a cinema is showing a film, they will stop showing it, while the result of the blood test will still be correct.
