Hi there,

I sometimes translate a text or a short story to English but I know I have lots of mistakes. So ı copy and paste them to Google translate or other translator tools but I still have some improper words and mistakes.
Could anyone on this forum help me correct my mistakes? It would be very helpful if you take the time to have a look at my text?

Thanks and best regards

Google Translate is notorious for resulting in absolute nonsense! Are you translating from Turkish into English? I suggest you post in the "Other Languages" forum and include both the Turkish and English versions. That way, someone who speaks fluent Turkish and English will be able to tell you if your translation is accurate.

Thank you friend,
Actually, I can do the translation from Turkish into English but the result is often poor. I only need someone to check my text (s) and rewrite or rephrase the incorrect one. Ok, I will post "Other Languages" forum.

Please note that people make mistakes. They don't have mistakes. They make mistakes. Then I come along and see the mistakes. And I fix them.

Then I collect likes. And I spend them.

Here is my text
We should follow the fast growing development and change in training methods and educational technology so that our students should not fall behind their European peers.
Using this technology in the classrooms is of great importance. That's why we need to train our teachers in various fields and that they must be equipped with the knowledge to be able to meet the need of their students.
Although many educators, colleagues seem to use the internet and computers effectively, they encounter many problems. They do not know or can not speak a foreign language and they're having difficulty in being adapted to a new application.
On the other hand, young students can learn technology more quickly and this may be a bit humiliating for the teachers.
Our teachers and education personnel are supposed to have competence in many fields so that their pupils should pay respect to them.

I think in the first sentence you want to say "keep up with" instead of "follow".

Say:

in the classroom

OR

in classrooms

I think you need to make that first paragraph into three or four paragraphs.

ok yes I will, it must be "keep up with". but are there any other mistakes?
Actually I used a software to do the translation for me then I just tried to modify it.

The word "software" is a noncount noun.

Say:

I used software to help me make the translation, then I modified it.

OR

I used software to translate the text, then I made the necessary changes.

Please capitalize the first word of every sentence.

You could say:

Teachers are having trouble adapting to the changes they encounter.

I would hope that that the training would not be rapidly changing. That would be confusing.

Make sure your readers know what is being referred to when you begin a sentence with "It".

Do you know what "seem to" means?

Try:

Although many teachers use the Internet effectively up to a point, they do encounter problems.

You don't use the word "colleagues" very well. Rewrite that sentence.
