How to ask status on something?

Please let me know, how should I ask status of any job?

Please advise us on the status of delivery?
Please update us on the status of delivery?
Please advise/update on the delivery status?

    Which is correct?

Also, how to request other colleagues to update third party?

Please update client on the delivery status.
Please update on the delivery status to Clint?

Which is valid? Or give me a valid sentense please.

All are valid - you just need to remove the question marks.

Please advise us on the status of delivery. - Okay with a period.
Please update us on the status of delivery. - Okay with a period.
Please advise/update us on the delivery status. - Okay with "us" and a period.
Please provide an update on the delivery status/status of the delivery.

Please update our/the client on the delivery status. - "Client" needs a determiner.
Please provide an update on the delivery status to our client.
    See above.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

Re: How to ask status on something?

Please let me know(no comma) how should I should ask the status of any a job (no question mark).

Please advise us on the status of delivery?
Please update us on the status of delivery?
Please advise/update on the delivery status?

    Which is correct?

Also, how to request other colleagues to update third party? What do you mean by "update third party"?

Please update client on the delivery status. yes
Please update on the delivery status to Client? no

Which is valid? Or give me a valid sentence please.

I think if the status is to be made known on a regular basis, "update on delivery status" is better. A request does not end with a question mark.
