Either could be correct. It depends on your meaning. As ems suggests, you should give us a sentence or a definition so we can answer the question.

'Vocabulary' is not a helpful thread title. 'Work/working experience?' would have given us a better idea of what the thread was about.

I have edited the thread title so that from now on, if someone clicks "Reply" or "Reply with Quote" directly from post #1, the relevant thread title will appear. It is impossible to change the title on the first few responses.
