[Grammar] Relate to OR Relate with

Please I want to know whether there's any difference in meaning between using "relate to" and "relate with". For example: 1) I couldn't relate to anything she said. 2) I couldn't relate with anything she said.

Only sentence 1 is correct. With isn't used after ​relate.
