I want to issue a memo to my staff (physical trainers in the gym) for not to use injections to bulk up the mussels; Please see below.

This is to inform you those anabolic steroids, animal hormone injections and some other medications to bulk up the mussels can lead severe health disorders. You are well aware that it is dangerous and health risks can be produced by these types of medications and it is illegal to use.

Therefore, all are instructed not to encourage the members to use these medications. If anyone found using above said medications will be handed over to the legal department and subsequent deportation.
