"There is a building that has a corridor and there are flats on the left side of the corridor. This corridor is open on the right side so it serves as a balcony as well for the residents. Tom lives in this building in the corner most flat."

Please check.

First, the flats are only on the left of the corridor if you are walking down the corridor in a specific direction. If you turn around and walk back, they're on the right.
'Cornermost' is not a common word. From your description, Tom would appear to live in one of the end flats, but which one would be a guess. If there was an entrance to the corridor at only one end, Tom would probably live in the endmost flat at that end of the corridor.

He lives in the endmost flat of the corridor. Is this correct?

So do I need to say "Tom lives in the right endmost flat in the corridor?"

Which floor? Each flat should have a number.
There could be more than one entrance. Your description doesn't not tell much.

"Tom lives on the first floor right endmost flat (flat# 5) in the corridor, when you enter the corridor from the right side."

I prefer "last flat"(on the right) instead of "endmost flat".
