Please help me improve the following tree inspection report. Thank you.
As per our earlier telephone conversation, there are three number of trees having found fallen at the footpath between Empire Road and the entrance of our clubhouse today morning due to heavy rain in recent days. In view of the fallen trees and their debris currently lying on the captioned path and causing great disturbance to the members of public, we trust that you are obliged to try your utmost endeavor to clear all the fallen trees and their debris within today.
Also, since it is not the first time the trees at the captioned location being found fallen and having broken branch, it have increasingly raised the District Mayor, Mr. Williams's deep concern about the health and structural condition of the trees there. As such, we would like to seek your urgent assistance in arranging a professional arborist to thoroughly check all the trees, particularly those of mature development and advising me what necessary mitigation action should be taken in order to uphold the public safety.
Considering the urgency of the matter, we look forward to learning your professional assessment on the trees by the end of this month. Enclosed please find the location map and the photos regarding the trees shortlisted to be checked by your professional arborist for your reference. Thank you for your urgent assistance.
