[Grammar] All my doubts

Hi, I would like to ask which of the grammar in the below sentences are the most appropriate or they are totally wrong. Hope teachers can help me on this grammar problem. Thank you in advance.
E.g:-
1) All my doubts are cleared up

OR

2) All my doubts have cleared up

OR

3) All my doubts have been cleared up

I think 3 would be correct if there was a full stop.

1 is incorrect. The present tense "are" does not match the past tense "cleared up".
2 is correct.
3 is correct.
