Please help me correct the following staff report. Thank you very much.

Facing the frequent turnover of teammates throughout the year, David actively assists the senior officials in helping the new teammates settle in and always shares his work experience and knowledge to them, which greatly contributes the build up of our team spirit and enhances our team performance.

On staff management, David intelligently manages various types of contracting staff in his managed venues by continually liaising with the respective officer-in-charge about our requirements on their services provided, closely monitoring their work performance delivered throughout the process with detailed progress report and making appropriate advice and warning to their underperformance. In fact, with David's effective communication with different contractors and close supervision over their staff, swift and appropriate follow-up actions towards the affected and fallen trees can be adopted after typhoon and adverse weather, which significantly helps ease the threat from the defective trees towards the public and resume the normal venue operation.

On the other hand, as a newcomer, there is undoubtedly a large room for David's further improvement, notably in his limited knowledge and experience in the important section of arboriculture and horticulture, which considerably hinders his daily duties management and his development of an all-round managerial talent in future. Therefore, David is wished to expedite the acquisition of knowledge and experience in those sections by actively enrolling in the related training courses and participating in more complicated and different kinds of works in the near future.

To conclude, I trust that David is a youngster with good academic background and adaptability and he will probably become a highly competent managerial official in this department providing that he can effectively acquire strengthening in the above limitations.

First paragraph. Say:

Facing the high turnover of teammates throughout the year, David actively assists the the senior officials in helping the new teammates settle in and always shares his work experience and knowledge with them, which greatly contributes to the buildup of our team spirit and enhances our team performance.

Second sentence. I think you should make two sentences out of that first (incredibly long) sentence. Perhaps:

David intelligently manages various parts of contracting staff in his managed venues by continually liaising with with the respective officer in charge about our requirements concerning their services provided.

And:

He closely monitors their work performance delivered throughout the process with detailed progress reports and giving appropriate advice.

You can "warm to" somebody, but you can't "warn to" somebody. Also, I don't think that phrase is needed anyhow. (Feel free to disagree.)

Split the next sentence into two sentences. Also, we "take" action. We don't "adopt" it.
