I would like to know which sentences are right, please see below:

I have no strenght to work out today
I have no strenghts to work out today
I don´t have strenght to work out today

I have no energy to work out today
I have no energies to work out today

I have no stamina to work out today
I don´t have stamina to work out today

Please use Edit Post to correct your misspellings of strength(s), and to add a final punctuation mark at the end of every sentence — as you have to do in Spanish.

Fredenglish, please note that the one-word workout is the noun form of the phrasal verb work out.
