You don't understand the concept of running a car using a planned setup?
If you had a planned setup of five cylinders and a double carburetor using 95 octane petrol, would you understand the concept then?

To me, unplanned is contradictory to setup. I just cannot imagine how an unplanned setup could exist. What could it mean?
