Please help me improve the following report on a staff. Thank you very much.

Wayne has sharp observation on the happening of the venues under his management and always reacts swiftly whenever the senior officers ask him for information and assistance. Notably, when Wayne recognized a serious fire accident involving a homeless people at a planter occur on 18.03.2016, he immediately provided the senior officers with informative report on the case. Thanks to his timely and detailed information, the senior officials could smoothly answer all the questions to all the parties during the emergency meeting for the accident initiated by the District Mayor.

Wayne is undoubtedly a top leader, with his brilliant communication skills and leadership, he successfully plays as a coordinator bridging the gap between the senior officers and the frontline staff, accurately delivering the instructions and messages between the two parties and upholding the smooth operation of daily duties. Facing the continuous great staff turnover under his management, Wayne sustains this unexpected challenge and devotes himself to mentoring the newcoming subordinates and helps them swiftly integrate into the team. Wayne attentively supervises the development of his subordinates by delivering accurate and clear instructions, monitoring their everday working performance and making immediate advice and amendment whenever the subordinates commit faults and perform unsatisfactorily.

Wayne has been enthusiastic towards landscape architect related projects. He proactively assists the senior officer to carry out a large number of beautification works in different venues by providing detailed information of his recommended plants and his artistic design of planting work, with the aim to enhance the amenity values of the venues and provide a better leisure areas to the public.

The first thing to note is that we don't use "a staff". You can say "a staff member", "a member of staff" or "an employee".
