Please check if the sentence is correct or should be improved.

"He has done a great job by leading the Brexit campaign which has helped (to) cause some damage to the EU, a socialist organization that oppresses hundreds of millions of freedom-loving people all over the place in Europe."

Correct in what way? You didn't specify "factually" or "grammatically".

I think I'd remove 'the place' and just say "all over Europe". Otherwise it's kind of contradictory - 'all over the place', but then you immediately limit it to " in Europe".

I think I'd streamline it a bit as well.

He has done a great job by leading the Brexit campaign which has helped[STRIKE] (to) cause some[/STRIKE] damage [STRIKE]to[/STRIKE] the EU, a socialist organization that oppresses hundreds of millions of freedom-loving people all over [STRIKE]the place in[/STRIKE] Europe.

Also, if it's an original sentence, don't put it in quotes. That's why Rover asked you for a source, because it looks like you're quoting someone.
