transcends/exceeds the boundaries vs crosses the limits

    Hello.

I would appreciate it if you help me with choosing the best sentence.

-The society that transcends/exceeds the boundaries, will definitely be harmed and we can say some degree of crisis happens there.

-The society that crosses the limits, will definitely be harmed and we can say some degree of crisis happens there.

-The society that outstrips the limits, will definitely be harmed and we can say some degree of crisis happens there.

    Thank you.

Re: transcends/exceeds the boundaries vs crosses the limits

The comma is wrong. None of them are particularly clear about which limits they are crossing, so they all sound a bit odd. You could say that a society that has no limits will harm itself.
