"Done" or "perform" "decreased" or "dead" in my sentences.

Hello.

Are the words in brackets correct and can I use them instead of the used words in my sentences?
"An autopsy is performed ("done") under special conditions on the medical table by doctors. It should always be done with respect for the dead ( "dead person", "the deceased", "the deceased person"). We are often faced with non-compliance with ethical rules, when doctors indulge themselves into inappropriate jokes or rude treatment of the deceased during the autopsy process. I think such behavior is ("completely")unacceptable!"
The rest of the the text I provided for more context.

Did you write all that text?

Re: "Done" or "perform" "decreased" or "dead" in my sentences.

Those words in brackets are okay. However, note the following:

- Say: "An autopsy is performed under [STRIKE]special[/STRIKE] strict conditions [STRIKE]on the medical table[/STRIKE] in a special lab by doctors".

- Say: "indulge in", not "indulge themselves into".

Re: "Done" or "perform" "decreased" or "dead" in my sentences.

An informal term for the table on which an autopsy is performed is "slab". I rather like the idea of it being done "on a slab in a lab" (though I'm not sure that the room in question is actually called a "laboratory").

Yes, they are doctors, but they are specialists--pathologists.

"The medical table" is unnatural, isn't it?

Yes.

It's a morgue.
