Is there a word for a food with many different ingredients and flavors?

Would "multi-flavored food" work?

No. If you mean a dish with many different ingredients and flavours, try jambalaya, bouillabaisse, chop suey, ratatouille, paella etc.

Multi-flavored is not natural.

If you're referring to the flavor itself, you can call it complex.

Rover named some dishes with a lot of ingredients. Are you looking for names of specific dishes that have a lot of ingredients? Some less specific types of dishes include:

- casserole (a.k.a. hot dish)
- stew
- salad
- hash
- pasta

You can look up what they are.

I'm not looking for the name of a specific dish. I'm looking for an "adjective" to describe a dish like Jambalaya.

You're looking for an adjective, not an "adjective". :) That is, unlike in this one, "adjective" is an integral part of your sentence, not a word being discussed.

I'm sure you'll find some ideas on recipe sites.
