"Option 1: We found that the turnover comes high/alot from those who don't enrolled in the point system.

Option 2: We found that those who enrolled in the point system are less likely to turnover so we made an aggressive campaign to triple the point for those who will newly be enrolled in the point system"

I appreciate your help in editing the below two options.

What do you mean by "turnover" there?

(Note that "a lot" is two words.)

You have the wrong word. The word "turnover" doesn't work there. Also, customers don't leave a company.

The company needs to do a better job of keeping its customers. That's because some of them have been taking their business elsewhere.

Keeping my comments in mind, I suggest that you rewrite those sentences.

"High staff turnover" is a phrase used in the UK for a business in which employees come and go at a spectacular rate. There is one such business where I live. The average length of time people work there is four months, even though it's a huge multi-national company with a massive workplace. A business where people don't often leave and therefore don't need to be replace can be described as having "low staff turnover".

Even with that, your post makes no sense to me.

There is often a high turnover at places that employ a lot of temporary workers.

I think Tarheel was baffled because of your odd use of turnover.

What is this for?

Also, he seemed to be complaining that I wasn't helping him enough. (That's not a way to win friends and influence people.)

Turnover means numbers of customers who leave the company.
No. It's not a number. It's the rate at which people come and go. And it does not only refer to a company's customers.

I don't understand your comment. Tarheel did modify it. He gave you two sentences in post #4.

Avoid run-on sentences. Punctuate the ends of all sentences.
