According to English Grammar Code by Wang Shengliang, pages 25-26:
Lily and I (normal order)
It was I and Lily that made him sad. (when confessing a mistake, the order is reversed)
you and I (normal order)
I and you try to solve this problem. (when a superior is talking to an inferior, the order is reversed)
