And here is my writings of today.

DAY 2#:

My second day of language challenge to write about 750 words per day.
Today is rainy weather here where I'm living. A Little bit dark, depressing. So I'm not going to market today. Tomorrow, who knows.

Let's talk about poker, Texas hold-em. It's very interesting game. As a matter of fact, a feature of good players is that they know it's only about 20% luck, and the rest of being a successful poker player is that HOW you play your cards.
I read a book from some guy, who did that he didn't even check his cards, so no one didn't know what kind of cards he will have, impossible to read him.
The secret of being a successful poker player is that you must be a better than rest 90% of players whose plays only for FUN. No, I don't mean you should play only for money. It will ruin your mental state when you are facing losing streak, and believe, even world's best poker player losing more than winning, it is a part of the poker, and that's why I like to play poker so much. It will make you a stronger in your mind, that's why I can recommend poker to everyone who has mental issues, BUT ONLY if you have a good strategy and you are ready to follow that and stay on that path whatever comes.

I have a very simple strategy. It is like this.
Step 1. Not lose money
Step 2. Watch Step 1.
Step 3. If you didn't check Step 1. - you are f****d up.

And how about money management? As I said before, NOT LOSE MONEY. Start with freerolls. And after that use only 0.5% of your balance. Play one tournament a day and it will be very probable you will achieve that point IN ONE year when you can use your poker earnings to pay your living. In other words, YOU CAN FIRE YOUR STUPID BOSS! That's my goal. I'm still a beginner, but I have made a plan to achieve that goal within a year and after that as a professional poker player, I'm going to travel around a world and play poker at casinos and poker rooms, that is my dream, being a free and work for MYSELF. I can't understand people who study for years and years, and then someone hires them and they are working for someone else. I did that mistake, I wanted to change that because my time is too valuable and I want to spend that for MY dreams, not for anyone else's dreams.
And of course, the very important rule to be a professional poker player is that you should read a lot of poker books, watch poker videos etc. as a theory material. Of course, you don't need to do that. I'm sure you will get success without studying theory or calculating odds etc. boring stuff, but by that, you will achieve success faster than by playing hands as much as possible. There are many professionals who never opened even a SINGLE book related a poker. I even know one player who hadn't read any book on his lifetime, but he was written his own poker book. Funny.

As you see. This is my second day of my 750words.com challenge, but my writings have improved very much, and my creativity has risen since yesterday. I'm happy. It doesn't seem so impossible anymore me to start to write articles in English and launch my own language learning and travelling blog as a non-native English speaker. Of course, there is sometimes bad-English-days and days when language learning hasn't motivation. But when you learn to focus to see your progress in LONG TERM, life will be a so much easier than ever before.
As I saw yesterday, the most challenging task is STARTING new habits and things to do, like this 750words challenge, but immediately after that, everything will be an easier when you have got it as a habit.
Let's see how long I can keep this 750 words going. More than one month, it will be a very challenging because there is a restriction of how many hours we can get a day to spend. It is only an excuse, if you don't have time, you should learn more about time management. For that, I will recommend Brian Tracy's books and videos about how to manage your valuable time.

My language challenge of DAY 2# is over, let's see the next time:)

I have moved your Day 2 piece to its own thread. It's going to get very confusing if you post day after day in the same thread because people (and you) will get very confused about which piece is being commented on. Ideally, please don't post the next day's piece until the previous one has been dealt with, otherwise you might end up with lots of unanswered threads.
