Technically, none of these are correct: You need a capital I.

I graduated from Harvard is correct, once you capitalize the I.

I was graduated from Harvard is apparently also correct, according to the link above.

None of them are correct.
The correct sentence is
I have graduated from Harvard. Your 4th sentence would be correct, if you had added the specific element of time. eg. I graduated from Harvard last year or last month or a month ago.

Hi 1984,
While it's true that you cannot use the present perfect with a specific time reference, it's NOT true that you cannot use the simple past without one.

I graduated from Harvard is perfectly correct, and in fact, a much better choice if the person's graduation was not in the immediate past.

Thank you for this link. It reminds me of the fact that -- many decades ago -- I was taught that students do not graduate. Rather, universities graduate students. Hence, we learned that it is technically more correct to say that "I was graduated from Podunk U." (which is closer to the truth in my case!)

However, if you use this form, I'm afraid, you will either be showing your age or demonstrating quite a pedantic streak. Now one hears "I graduated from..." almost exclusively.
